Stock Investment Strategies with PEG Ratio

The PEG ratio is one of the popular methods used when valuing stocks and creating investment strategies. Generally, companies with high growth rates are expected to have higher price-earnings ratios, and these ratios are usually high as well. When you evaluate companies based solely on the P/E ratio, you may perceive fast-growing companies as overvalued compared to others. Therefore, it is thought that comparing companies using the PEG ratio, which is found by dividing their P/E ratios by average growth rates, is healthier. Generally, it can be said that strategies based on the PEG ratio yield positive results.

This course is prepared to convey to participants the calculation and usage of the PEG ratio, as well as strategies that can be created in the Turkish Stock Market and their performance results. The strategies will be tested on the Borsa Istanbul (Istanbul Stock Exchange), and the results will be shared. Participants will have the chance to see how strategies can be created and tested using the Queenstocks program.
