Is there a time limit for accessing the trainings?
After purchasing the courses, you will have lifetime access to them. You can access your courses from the My Courses tab in your user panel.
Where can I access the training documents?
You can access the resource documents shared by the instructors in addition to the training from the videos they are connected to while watching the training. You can download the resource documents by clicking on them in the videos they are connected to.
Where can I get my certificate after completing the training?
After watching all the videos of the training, you will receive a Ready Certificate e-mail from Borfin. You can view your certificate by clicking the View button in the e-mail or from the My Certificates tab in your user panel.
Where can I see the promotional programs given with the purchased training?
After purchasing the course, you can see the promotional programs given with the course by clicking the My Promotions tab in the upper right corner of the site. Click the Activate button on the promotional program you want to use on the page that opens.
Only unactivated promotional programs are listed in the My Promotions tab.
What happens if I have more than one promotion for the same program? Can I use one of them?
You may have multiple promotional rights for the same program with the courses you have purchased. You can activate the promotional programs assigned to your user account at any time. When the period of your active promotional program expires, you can start using another one by activating it.
How can I use the Finnet products given with the purchased training?
To access the Finnet products given with the courses you have purchased, an e-mail will be sent to you after completing the purchase. The e-mail contains the Coupon Code and program access information.
How can I use the Matriks Data Terminal program given with the purchased training?
To access the Matriks Data Terminal given with the courses you have purchased, an e-mail containing your usage period and user information will be sent to you from Matriks Information Distribution Services Inc. after completing the purchase. You can start using it by following the steps in the e-mail.
If you already have an existing Matriks Data Terminal membership, the assigned promotional right will be automatically added at the end of your membership period. You may have multiple promotional rights for more than one Matriks Data Terminal. Your promotions will be automatically renewed when their usage periods expire.
How can I access the Tradingview studies given with the purchased training?
To access the Tradingview studies of the instructor in the resource documents given with the courses you have purchased, you must send an e-mail to support@borfin.com with the subject line Tradingview Definition and the Tradingview Username containing your e-mail. After receiving the confirmation e-mail, you can access the studies.
How can I use my purchased or promotional programs?
You can view the list of programs you have by clicking the My Programs tab in your user panel. You can access the program you want by clicking the Go to Program button on the page that opens.
Are there any videos explaining how to use the program I purchased?
You can access the videos explaining the use and features of the programs from the Borfin YouTube Channel.
How can I subscribe to the programs monthly?
To subscribe to the programs on the site by making automatic monthly payments, simply click the Subscribe button on the right while viewing the details of the program. You will be charged regularly from the credit card you used for the purchase until you cancel your subscription.
I want to cancel my program subscription, what should I do?
To cancel your subscription, click on 'More' on the program information you want to end your subscription for in the My Programs tab of the user panel. Then click on the Cancel Subscription option to complete the process. Automatic payments will be canceled and your subscription will be canceled from the next payment period. You can continue to use the program until that time.
Where do I write the coupon code for shopping transactions?
After selecting the courses or programs you want to purchase, go to the Cart and enter the code in the Coupon Code field located below the Complete Purchase button. Click the Apply Coupon button and the discount associated with the coupon will be automatically added. Before applying the coupon, don't forget to check the validity period of the coupon and whether the eligible courses or programs are in the cart.
Please pay attention to the capitalization and Turkish-English keyboard usage of the characters in the Coupon Code.
I made a payment by wire transfer, why was my payment refunded?
When you select the Wire Transfer option on the payment screen and click the Complete Payment button, your bank information and Order Number will appear. If you do not enter your Order Number in the description section when making a wire transfer, your payment will be refunded. If the Wire Transfer is not made within two (2) days after the order is completed, your order will be canceled.
Can I subscribe to the programs annually?
Programs can be subscribed monthly. Users who have purchased an annual plan with an upfront payment or installment cannot purchase the program again before the usage period of the plan ends.
How can I change my registered invoice address?
If you want to use a different billing address than the one displayed on the payment details page, you can update your billing information by clicking on your billing address under the Billing Address heading.
