Ahmet Mergen

Ahmet Mergen, a famous stockbroker in his sector, was born in Üsküdar in 1951. He went to Galatasaray High School to study. He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1970 and his graduate degree in 1975. At West Coast University in Orange County, California, USA, he finished his graduate work before completing his higher mechanical engineering degree at California State University Long Beach, USA.

After finishing his schooling, Mergen began his career in business. He first worked at Gedik Investment Securities before moving on to Park Securities. Gedik Investment Securities, Tacirler Investment Securities, and Support Securities all experienced an acceleration in growth after 1999. He has been expressing his insights as a strategist at Acar Securities since 2017.

Along with his success in business, Ahmet Mergen has consistently imparted information to his followers through his books The Stock Market with Graphics in 1992, Tango with the Wolves in 1993, The Wolf Trap in 1995, Fibonacci in 1997, The Mystery of the Candles in 2007, and The Ichimoku Cloud in 2015. He now evaluates and offers commentary on several video sites.
