Devrim Ersöz

I earned an economics undergraduate and graduate degree. I then researched adult education in America after that. I began working professionally in the IT industry. I began my insurance career in 1997, and up to the end of 2011 I held middle and senior management positions in the sales and marketing departments of BNP Paribas, Aviva, Sabancı Holding, CPP Group Plc, and ERGO Insurance companies.

As a visiting lecturer at Marmara University's insurance department, I made a contribution. At Istanbul University right now, I'm a consultant and visiting professor.

"Pink Elephant," "Out-of-the-Box Sales Techniques," "I Have an Objection," "Financial Insurance Dealer's Handbook," and "Sales in the Pandemic Period" are among the five books I've written. I have earned INLPTA (International NLP Trainer's Association) accreditation as an NLP specialist. I write a piece for the American Society for Training & Development and am a member (ASTD-ATD). I've been to around 40 countries as a traveler and amateur musician.

Offering institutions and people opportunity for development is my major goal.
