After graduating from the Business Department of Karadeniz Technical University, I started my career in the professional world. Throughout my career, I gained experience in various sectors such as manufacturing, foreign trade, tourism, and finance. Following these experiences, I established my venture. Since 2008, I have contributed as a consultant and trainer to organizations and individuals. My main focus areas include human, culture, and talent management leadership development programs establishment and training of internal mentoring systems and corporate coaching programs; Values-based management, change management, establishment and dissemination of preventive mechanisms against workplace discrimination and harassment. I have written four books: "Sıfıra Sıfır Elde Var Mobing," "Koçluk ve 4. Boyut", "Yumuşak Güç," and "SOLU-CAN" which addresses the issue of gender in society. I am the Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors at SEGM - Sürdürülebilir Eğitim Gelişim ve Mükemmellik Derneği (Sustainable Education, Development, and Excellence Association). I will present my courses on topics related to individuals and organizations.
